BEFORE WE BEGIN

A few helpful answers.

Do I need to know exactly what I want to work on?

No. You can begin with a feeling, a question, or a change you’re navigating. The first conversation helps us explore a useful starting point.

What is the difference between coaching and counseling?

Coaching focuses on personal growth, self-awareness, and practical goals; it does not include mental health diagnosis or treatment. Counseling is a separate clinical service. We can clarify the support you are seeking and discuss fit during your inquiry.

Do I need to share a particular faith?

No. Faith informs the foundation of Stillwater’s, and your beliefs are respected. You are welcome to discuss whether you would like faith incorporated into your support.

How do I learn about sessions and pricing?

Book a complimentary consultation or email Renetta to discuss session options, current pricing, availability, and whether the support is a fit for your goals.
